I'm not experienced with installing Drupal and would like to hear recommendations on a good host that offers 1-click, control panel installation of Drupal 5+.
I think shared hosting will do for now, but being able to upgrade to VPS or dedicated is a requirement. We will be serving about 5 gigs of FLV video.... I want access too all of drupal's SEO features like clean urls and whatever else it does for SEO (just starting with drupal here). I guess good drupal feature support is a given on this forum.
Currently I am playing with drupal (boy that sounds nasty...) on a shared godaddy account, but i've not read many glowing reviews about godaddy and it seems too sluggish for a real project.
For our real project we need GOOD customer service and support. This project will have advertisers and sponsors so we need to be confident that the site will be up and that there will be someone there to support us.
I think the main thing is costumer support.
Thanks for any help.

Generally
"1 click installs" and "good customer support experience" don't seem to go together.
Don't be scared off by installing Drupal manually, it really is trivial these days and you won't be left in the lurch when it comes time to upgrade or patch your Drupal installation. The Drupal devs go to a lot of trouble to make upgrades solid, bypassing that by using a flaky 3rd party installer that doesn't take nearly as much into account and has had far less testing seems a step backward.
Knowing how you installed Drupal and installing it the standard way is also important when asking for any support here - nobody will have much luck deciphering your installation if it's non standard and you can't explain the differences.

All the one-click installers
All the one-click installers on hosts that I've seen have Drupal 4.6/4.7 :\ I actually emailed Plesk to ask about their App Vault today, to see what version they deploy by default and if there's any way to prod them to update the Drupal version a little quicker. I'm curious about any hosts that have Drupal 5 too. I'd really like one to recommend to non-techie friends who I can convince to join the cult of Drupal...

good to learn...
I personally would never recommend using a Fantasico/1-click solution - especially on a production site. And I also feel it's a good idea to be able to ftp up your files to your site. Since most 1-clicks have older *unsecure* versions of Drupal (and many other systems) getting it directly from the source is a good idea.
As for hosting, everyone has an opinion. Everyone's host is pretty good, unless you ask a person who had a bad experience. (Then it gets nasty.)
Check out WebHostingTalk and their shared hosting http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=4 to look for deals. And many shared hosts have 1-click.

Installing myself
I see the point about installing Drupal myself. Its probably not a bad idea for me to try this.
I realize the "find me a host" question is somewhat futile, but just getting some user experiences, especially in the context of Drupal will be a lot of help for me.
I've been posting to webhostingtalk and thats been somewhat useful. Of coarse, whenever you do a search for a specific host, all you get is negative experiences because thats all anyone talks about.
Share some positive experiences with me folks!
Thanks for the replies.
I should add here...
I should add here that our company offers hosting optimized for Drupal sites, and allows customers an easy 3-click auto-install option. Our prices are also very competetive.
