Add devel_generate integration

If I use devel_generate with my content types that have maxlength restrictions, devel_generate doesn't respect those limits. This upsets the visual balance I'm trying to maintain with maxlength.

There should be some way to hook into the generation process and cut things short. Assigning to myself, but patches welcome of course.
