Video thumbnails should not be saved as managed files

There is no need for them to be all recorded in file_managed.

MediaYouTubeStreamWrapper::getLocalThumbnailPath() calls file_save_data() which by nature always creates managed file records. It should be using file_unmanaged_save_data().
