I alway get an email notification, when someone commented my post, even if "Send Email" for the post is disabled.

Any ideas?

Maybe it's #1828184: Message Subscribe sends emails regardless of context ? Can you try and confirm the patch is working for you

Thank you for Amitaibu for the hint.

I have applied the patch, but I still get emails.

I seems, that as soon I follow a node, I get an update email message, regardless the setting for the flag "Send Email". Any other ideas?

Maybe check in database table flag_content if the e-mail flag is still present for this user the node you followed, after disabling the flag in the Drupal interface.
