I have an 800 page website that I am looking to convert to Drupal. The current website does not use a content management system and has grown over time. I am planning to hire a Drupal development firm to do the conversion. Before doing so, I would like to be sufficiently knowledgeable on Drupal so that I can ask the right questions and have an idea of Drupal features I can use.

I searched Amazon for Drupal books and came up with the following list:

Drupal books on Amazon

Which book would be better ones to read for my purpose?

This one might be of use:

Planning and Managing Drupal Projects

It's focused more on project management. Many of the Drupal books I've read get bogged down in code snippets pretty quick, but it sounds like you're intended involvement is going to be higher level than that.
