It would appear (from he error messages and the discussion) that current version of Tasklist has a somewhat different table structure.

Tasklist Advanced sticks with the old one, but one has to install it to find out.

This little detail should be mentioned on the project page!

Also, based on the discussion, there appeared to be a fix that was near ready to be committed... when can we expect it?

i'm setting up a site that could use tasklist advanced. i can help with the module... what is the status of the 5.x compatibility issue.

Works fine with some modifications:

field 'parent' has become 'task_parent' in the table 'tasks'. I did a search and replace on the .install and the .module file, it seems to work with these modifications, thorough testing is advised though.
