Module search not configured properly on drupal.org website

On drupal.org, try doing a keyword search for a module (http://drupal.org/project/modules), say "cache", then sorting the results by most installed. It won't work. Instead it reverts back to sorting by relevancy, which is the first item in the dropdown. No matter what any sort of keyword search results reverts to relevancy.

Contributed modules are much of what Drupal has to offer and this makes it hard to find the best ones. If others can confirm this, someone should try to fix this as soon as possible. Important functionality is lost, and it makes Drupal look bad.
