I'm attaching this feedback from noyz in the form of a screenshot.
The developer task I see in here is setting teasers to something equivalent to to ~5 lines.

ezra-g commentedOne other developer task: Exclude groups from the "What's going on" listing.
ay13 commentedattempt to fix the theme issues are in latest commons_origins.
http://drupalcode.org/project/commons_origins.git/commit/d882202
this should probably be assigned away from theme now for the code side of things to be done.

ezra-g commentedGroups are now excluded from the "what's going on" page via http://drupalcode.org/project/commons_site_homepage.git/commit/57c05a2.
ezra-g commentedI believe the themeing work left here includes removing the "Follow" icon from all node teasers, showing the # of attendees, and removing the text "read more" link.

and additionally,
1. Hopefully this feature can be designed with a "Text or icon link" configuration option;
2. "Follow" icon which is resembling a "Shout" function might be redesigned.
leventgunay commentedyes, read more icon is missing on 7.x-3.2.

rosemeria commented#10 "Follow" icons issue

In our preliminary usability studies, icons below worked best - green "on" is similar to Commons' green action buttons used for attend, comment, etc...
#1 - I agree with noyz that "follow" button to appear further in on group detail page.
ezra-g commentedThe original improvements specified in this issue are complete.
@rosemeria - Thanks for the suggested new icons! Can you file a new issue for these?
