Apparently new menu items created by panels pages, if assigned to Taxonomy Menu (TM)-managed menus, will not show up in that menu.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add TM for a vocabulary to a menu.
2. Create a panels page with a Normal menu item.
3. Assign it to the same menu which TM affects.

The menu item is created by Panels (shows up in menu_links), but does not show up in the menu. Rebuilding the menu (from the 'rebuild' option on the TM-managed vocab) has no affect.

I assigned my Panels page menu item to a non-TM managed menu, and it showed up. I then moved it into the TM-managed menu, and it remained; rebuilding the menu (from the 'rebuild' option on the TM-managed vocab) kept the item there (as expected).

Is this a local issue? Can anyone reproduce?

Can you replicate this behaviour using the 'Add menu link ' for a normal node?
