I have a markers layer from Views where all the markers fall on a single continental area. Before I upgraded to OL 2.x-dev (from 2.0 Beta1), the Zoom to Layer behavior focused nicely on the area of those markers. Now when I turn on that behavior, the map zooms out to Level z0, but it does center of the correct area.

Issue seems to have been resolved with updates. Issue has disappeared for me.
