Same as previous except .install file switches to use new schema API.

Previous was against 5.x. This is against HEAD. It adds back in the #validate handler for the settings form, fixes some code style issues identified by coder.module, and passes the right parameters to
hook_help().#4

patch against head freezes in the middle of the process. had to interrupt to cancel.
same story for #2 against 5.x

Patch applied great against HEAD, have not had any problems yet. Will report back if I find any.
Perhaps a alpha or dev package could be built?

It would be much easier for me to test, if there was an alpha release.

Sometimes when I switch back I come to a completly white page. Some kind of redirection is not working. Great otherwise!
