BeautyTips not working on parts of user registration form

I have BT configured and overall it is working well. However, it is not registering on parts of my user registration from and I don't understand why. I'm new to coding etc, so any help would be appreciated. I have included a screen shot of what is going on.

Also, when I change the width of the bubble it is not changing when I save it.
