Don't display "You x events" blocks if they're empty

Issue Summary

On the events page, before a user has interacted with an event, she sees empty text for 3 blocks - Let's just hide the views when empty.

I'm no longer seeing the blocks if the corresponding views have no results. Will double check with a beta3 install (currently using dev code).
