I installed module, set live stream, did the developer App ID, set the block but I do not see any feed... Also how does it know what user wall to show from facebook? I saw no where to put the facebook user name?

Any help would be appreciated.

You don't need the user ID, just click on the Presets tab and create a preset. It will show on Teasers and Contents as you have to indicate.
