Drupalchat work ok but from time to time chat not work

chat not work for authenticated and anonymous users.

What type of caching are you using? Does it work when caching is disabled? Thanks.

"Cache pages for anonymous users" - mark
"Minimum cache lifetime" - 1 minute
"Expiration of cached pages" - 1 hour

"Compress cached pages" - no mark
"Aggregate and compress CSS files" - no mark
"Aggregate JavaScript files" - no mark

Does it work when caching is disabled?

I'm not sure. I need a few hours to check it.
But chat not work for authenticated and page for authenticated is no cache(???)
