Disable 'debug' option in any Metatag Context definitions [#1921268]

The first version of Metatag Context automatically enabled a 'debug' option in Context. While this was fixed in a subsequent release, it's possible that there may be some context definitions that still have it enabled. Write an update script to fix the context definitions. Just to clarify, this doesn't seem to apply anymore. Not entirely sure if it was an update to the context module or something else though. Or was the comment here #1817580-6: Meta tag context module produces debug output on every page referring to the context that were exported?
