When updating to latest version, "print PDF" link is enabled by default on every single page, but should not be.

What was the previous version? There might have been a malfunction in the print_pdf_update_6007 function that updated the individual link settings.. The best solution would usually be to completely disable, uninstall and re-enable the module so that all the configuration settings and tables are wiped out. Or simply truncate the print_* tables.
