Issue Summary
I was talking to Lee Hunter, the new Docs team lead today, and we'd like to set up a devdrupal.org site to test out some new infrastructure for documentation. What we'd like, if possible is basically a blank slate for what could become a *.drupal.org site, or could be integrated into D7 (so far it's at the prototype/trying stuff out stage).
So, we'd like a site with:
- Drupal 7
- Bluecheese
- Crosssite, Bakery, and any other standard modules that are used on the *.d.o sites [actually, I'm not sure if you put Bakery on the dev sites for the *.d.o sites? If not, scratch that request.]
- The usual .htaccess thing (drupal/drupal)
- Essentially nothing in the DB except an admin user (we definitely don't want all the d.o nodes, modules, users, etc.)
I will take care of installing other modules, configuring, permissions, etc. -- at this point it's going to be a prototype, and I wouldn't expect us to want to deploy it for quite a while, but we need a place to try out some tools.
Is this possible to do? Thanks!

Discussed this with drumm in IRC and we don't really have a good way to make a "*.drupal.org" dev site. We do have a good way to make a drupal.org d7 test site, so he set that up instead. (So it's a full dev copy of d.o rather than a blank slate for a hypothetical docs.d.o, which is fine.)
The site is at http://docs-drupal_7.redesign.devdrupal.org (the dev site that was previously at that address was wiped as we were done with using it for other issues).
Thanks drumm!
