Includes mandatory changes for Drupal 6, some grammar changes and doc updates to README, nests the advanced jQuery configuration in a fieldset, and cuts down calls to drupal_get_path().

Perfect code, i'm testing it, i would make a patch for tooltips that supports fadeIn. I tried the last version but breaks all!
