Workbench Media currently supports a single menu item for adding files. A second menu item should be added to enable users to add web content when the Media Internet module is enabled.

A patch to add support for adding web content using the Media Internet module. This will conflict with #1922746: Permissions for Workbench Media paths and sections are not consistent.

Patch no longer works, as the form name has changed, and it requires a file from File Entity module.
