We have released nb 5.x-2.3 and it is not showing up. The tags are correct via cvs, and when we added a release via project page then we got the typical message of something like "new releases will not be shown until cron has been run...5 minute wait, etc."

But it's more than 8 hours.

Have we done something wrong? I think we've been doing the same thing as we have done before where we successfully released up to 2.2.

Help please.

When I click on "View all releases" from the project page, the version nb 5.x-2.3 is on top of the list but there is no download link.

Please file an infrastructure issue against the Drupal project. You won't get the visibility you need in this forum for this type of issue.
