Hi there,
I've tried out the video module, and it works great, the ability to convert video files and create thumbnails is extremely easy. Is it possible to use this with the mediafront module? Or is its integration with mf best done with a custom module?
Thanks

travist commentedI have not tried this with the video module, but it should be able to work with it by selecting the MediaFront player as the field formatter for your video.

antonyanimator commentedYeh there's not the option to use the mediafront player through the display of a node. But thats a video module problem, I've posted an issue on their queue to see if they might integrate mf into their module just waiting on a reply.
As a site builder I'm pretty sure I can figure a way of doing this using views. I'll have a play, I'll post back if I find a way of doing it on a site builder level.
I'll close this as I don't want to bloat your issue queue.
Thanks

ydahiIt is possible to get video module videos on mediafront.
However, I have not been successful at getting the thumbnails generated by video module to display in mediafront.
It seems like a bug to me:
1. Create a mediafront view
2. Add a video as a field
3. Add the same field again, this time set format to video thumbnail
Now, the idea is to go into the mediafront settings for each video field and set one to media and the other to image.
However, note that when two fields from the same cck field is used, the settings for both are linked and therefore you cannot set the first video field to media and the second to image.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for a fantastic module!
