Does metatag_metatags_cache_clear need to be called on every hook_entity_update()?

Hi!

I've been troubleshooting some database issues and noticed that metatag_metatags_cache_clear was causing frequent and seemingly unnecessary delete calls for entities that don't have metatags (namely all the numerous commerce entities).

I applied this patch and am so far none the worse for wear.
