Missing files uploaded via File attachments

Hello dear developers Drupal!
Missing files uploaded via File attachments. And not just vanish from the page and from the map, but also from the server. This applies to both new files and those that have been downloaded by another 6 core. Lost files with the pages that I work with now. For example, there were 13 files in the list, and suddenly left 1.

Check the file directories

Check if these files are in sites/default files. I think your files were stored in a particular location and subsequently this directory was changed to another location.

Location of files - one

Location of files - one folder /files. It does not change.
The problem in my experience is that the boot loader in seven core deletes files with Cyrillic and Latin script files if they are named with a capital letter.
