Have just upgraded from 7.19 to 7.20. Posting a new story, attached images now have the token ID appended to the URL.
Which apparently breaks the ability of Facebook to properly display the image and description when I share the link. Even sending the link through the Facebook Developer's debug process will not generate the thumbnail--or add the description.
Here's the URL to the story:
http://christmasplanner.com/erica-ring-bound-christmas-planner
When exported to Facebook, you see this:
http://organizedhome.com/sites/default/files/images/Screen%20Shot%202013...
When you should see something like this:
http://organizedhome.com/sites/default/files/images/Screen%20Shot%202013...
I hate to disable the protection against DoS attacks. Anyone have any suggestions about how to keep the update, yet still manage to reach out to my Facebook readers with a proper preview?

ISSUE RESOLVED
Just letting anyone else with this issue know ... looks like the fix for this issue is as simple as installing the Open Graphs Meta module:
http://drupal.org/project/opengraph_meta
Installed it, selected the thumbnail, and Facebook now renders the link preview correctly.
