Recommendation Feature Support

Thank you for such a fantastic distribution.

I have been unable to have the recommendation feature working.

I have followed the following procedure:
1. I created job postings.
2. I created complete resumes with information required by the job positing in order to have them recommended.
3. I enabled the recommendation for candidates and for recruiters with no subscription required.
4. I left the bias at default values.
5. I went to the recommendations tab in the dashboard for both the candidate and the recruiter and both show "you have no job recommendations".

I can't find any documentation or issue related to how to properly configure and use it. I hope you can explain this feature in detail.
