To replicate this problem, install a fresh version of drupal 5 and do NOT activate clean URLs.

Upon installation of this module, if you try to create a podcast for the first time, you will go to:

http://example.com/?q=admin/build/views_podcast

You will see some text saying "There are no Podcasts created yet. Select Add Podcast to create one." The link to "add podcast" assumes you have clean urls enabled. So for users who do not have clean urls enable, they are gonna get a page not found error.

The link in the tabs "Add Podcast" works though.
