Certain blocks are showing to anonymous people which should only be visible to logged in people with certain role group. I'm using Cache Actions only for node template overrided Panel and page based caching for others and this problem is only visible in the panel pages cached by cache actions.

I'm probably not doing things right so any help would be appreciated!
