Different theme per blog?

Please help, I'm fairly new to Drupal and I'm not sure where to go from here....

I've already installed my Drupal script and I have it to where when you register, you get your own blog at mysite.com/yourusername (using the pathauto module).

Now what I want is for each user to be able to choose a theme for their blog. Basically I'm trying to create a blog site kinda like Blogger, where each user gets their own blog and they can control their categories, background, etc. Is this possible?

(By the way, I don't know how to see what version of Drupal I'm using, but it says "Drupal core 7.19" on my Updates page, so I'm thinking that's the version I have. I installed it using SimpleScripts.)

Thank you for that reference, being_scholar. Do you know where I can get support for the themes they mention in that post? Apparently that fix doesn't work in Drupal 7, so the last post takes you to the Switchtheme module, which is part of the Browscap module. I've installed both but now I don't know where to go from there...
