In fact i find DrupalChat the only workable module for chatting available in DRUPAL so far...

My request if we can explore some ideas like, first sending a chat request to the user and chat starts only after the requested user approves it.

There may be additonal option for blocking a particular user from the chat list which may also be secure against frequent unwanted requests.
