XML site map showing nodes, not page aliases

I'm curious if this intended or a bug?

My sitemap did once show all of my clean URL's. Ex: http://www.hamsa-yoga.org/contact-form

Now I find that pages I edit show up as node URLs. Ex: http://www.hamsa-yoga.org/node/1

Why is this? I would assume I don't want my URLs submitted to search engines like this.

Any help? A solution?
