Releases for Splash

Fix for menu items lack required access parameters in Drupal 6

- Added ?splash=on/off switch
- Removed ?nosplash switch
- Fixed local templated text to be loaded in iFrame
- Fixed access to 'administer site configuration'

Totaly recoded version with a whole lot of new features:

• Use the condition module to further restrict when the splash page should be displayed, next to the frequency you can still set (daily, weekly...).
• Display the splash page in a new window, using Geybox or redirect to the page like version 1 did.
• Let the module randomly or in sequence choose from a list of internal paths or full URLs or enter a text to be displayed, either in the site template or full screen.

Note: GreyBox has not yet been officially released for 6.x, but is available for download here.

First 6.x release with one new feature:

• You can now enter custom PHP code to trigger the display of the splash page.

Last release before porting to 6.x, with one new feature:

• The splash is skipped when $_GET['nosplash'] is set, so when you go to example.com?nosplash instead of example.com. Quite handy for administrators or when popups on the splash page don't recognize the cookie directly and show the splash again (#216804: Internet Explorer + popup = bug (and fix)).
