Release notes

First functional release. Features include:

  • Access control of public and private image derivatives.
  • Access control of private images.
  • Admin UI to manage access configurations.
  • Access control criteria based on user and user roles.
  • Extensible API to implement types of access control criteria.

This release contains automated tests for access control functionality. The tests do not cover the user interface, though the user interface relies on the config controller for data-level functionality, which is tested.

Things to add in the future:

  • Access control tabs in individual image styles.
  • Integration with Image style flush to seamlessly apply denied image styles for public images.
  • Exportable configuration.
