Hello
I would like to change the order from the OpenAid blocks on the frontpage.
Projects / Partners / Social Links
There is no problem to change the order on normal pages but on the frontpage I fail.
I tried it over views and blocks is there a other way?

The blocks are controlled via the Context module. If you go to admin/structure/context you will see a number of contexts (which is dependent on what features you have turned on). If, for example, you want to move the map up you can go to the openaid_project_map context and change the weight of the map to something lighter than the other blocks.
