I'm having problems with this module ignoring "Publish to:" settings.

Basically, unless you check "Send to all affiliates", the content will NOT be displayed to anonymous user.

Disabling domain_tac module, makes "Publish to" work as expected--however, then TAC doesn't work... Geeeez ... I wish there was a permissions system that actually 100% works with Domain Access.

Well... come to find out that "Domains Strict" was enabled, which was the cause of user anonymous not being able to view the content.

Disabling "domains strict" makes "Publish to:" work once again.
