A It says there are 6 different formators. Where can i chose those? I cannot find any option!

At the moment - and i guess it is because of lacking formatters , the [0][view]-Fields stays empty

You can choose the formatters in the "Display Fields" tab of the configuration of your content type.

Okay - i understand - i did not do this - and by default there should be something? $money_field[0][view] is the way i get it for templating.

Did you choose a formatter this time? I think the first formatter is selected by default anyway.

And: I don't have control on how CCK renders everything. All I can do, is providing the formatters, which I did. I'll need more details to "fix" this (if there is anything to fix).
