The project page http://drupal.org/project/commerce_paypal contains links to several paypal services but WPS and WPP both point to express checkout.

I'll check w/ PayPal about it; the link is really to sign up for a Business account, which would support any of the three, and if I'm not mistaken, even for my personal site using WPS I recently had to upgrade it to a free Business account or something. I agree it's confusing, will try to get to the bottom of it.

Was able to get direct links to the Payments standard / Payments Pro landing pages from our integration contact. : )
