MMA_MENU_PATH is not consistent in the code, some places it is MMA_CONFIG_PATH, and some .info files have a mismatched path.

Here's a patch fixing those and couple of leftover fixes that did not get into #1920280: Media Mover core D7 code fixes, coder upgrade, drupal API and coding conventions.
