Issue Summary
Hi,
We recently published a case study on the site and linked our team Members:
http://drupal.org/node/1927776
When people are browsing the case study, not logged they are unable to click through to my user account account details (http://drupal.org/user/835338), they get an Access Denied message, but not when clicking on Paul's (http://drupal.org/user/1881402), they can view the account details.
Are you able to take a look at why only logged in users can view my account details, and fix it so that unauthenticated users can view my details?
Many thanks,
Adam.

You didn't have the "not a spammer" role while Paul did. I've rectified this.

Hi,
Thank you for looking at this for me, however this still doesn't fix the problem that when users are logged out of Drupal.org they still get the Access Denied message when trying to view my details - http://drupal.org/user/835338
It would be great if you could fix this for me.
Many thanks,
Adam.
