Help with the Switchtheme module

Hello,

I've installed the Browscap and the Switchtheme modules in hopes that I can allow my users to choose their own theme for their blog; however, I can't find the option to do this anywhere. How can I configure my site to allow registered users to change the theme on their blog?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

iirc, the module has a readme.txt file that explains its usage-- but basically it provides a block that you can configure.
