Not all files were tagged for previous release... so files were missing. Fixed that.
Add configurable wait message. Fixed a bug: upload bar was shown for every node type.

Performs correctly when there is more than one form on a page. Do not add a progress on other forms than node forms.
Fixed a bug for CCK types where type name was different from type id.
