Updating domain prefixed tables with Drush

I was wondering if http://drupal.org/project/drush could mitigate the update problem described in Domain Prefix readme file. Maybe we could file a feature request (support update number) in Drush. Do you think that "drush -l one.domain.com pm update module #" would work with prefixed tables? As I understand it drush mimics http requests. Running it in a CLI domains loop would be trivial.
