hi, the little arrow that gives you the three option does not show up i see the text that says input format but i can get it to expand. this the same for all menus

any one?

This usually indicates broken Javascript. There are many ways to break it. Are you altering a template, or creating your own?

i was installing lightbox

the other fix works for now since this will be a site where only i post stuff.

The different input formats have to be enabled for different user roles at Administration > Site configuration > Input formats.
