When I try to administer this module at /?q=admin/settings/promote-blocks
I get this message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: array_combine() in /homepages/28/d172756377/htdocs/modules/promote_blocks/promote_blocks.module on line 67

any help would be appreciated.
I am running drupal 5.3

fixed with new release, added array_combine() for php4
