Scheduler module blank date entry fields

I am cross-posting this from the Scheduler module issues, to understand if the problem could be with OpenPublish. When attempting to set up Scheduler dates for any content type, the entry boxes are blank. I tried the recommended solution of clearing orphans with no luck.
