I have this registered user in my site who believes it necessary to post every article in his blog on my site! I can block this guy and forget about this, but that wouldn't be just right! :)

Is there a way to enforce a posting frequency in drupal? Either a module or a way to do this?

Sounds like the person doesn't understand that good posting is about content & not quantity/frequency.
I don't want to sound funny, but couldn't you just talk to the person & explain that they are posting a bit too much ?
