These are the two errors that I am getting, please advise.

PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in *******/staging/includes/bootstrap.inc on line 663

File does not exist: ********/staging/favicon.ico

You second issue is because you have set a favicon, or it cant be found. Fix at admin/appearance/settings
