Create Filter block To Only Show Terms Recieved in Page View?

I posted something on this at stackexchange but i dont think i made myself too clear. I was hoping someone with better knowledge than me on this could help me sort a few things out that are getting me down at the mo. Thanks

Does anyone know if its possible for me to return the terms of the nodes returned in the content page view below into the term header block view?

I was only wanting the terms in the filter block to only show if there is content returned in the page view its in the header of. For the life of me i just cant make it happen. Ive tried some things which dont have the desired effect and more worryingly its breaking my isotope view.

At the moment my working filter view shows terms for nodes not in the view. Be great to have a dynamic one. If i use Views Filters on type:video then all my videos show with the tags on them appearing in the filter box above. That would be brilliant. Thanks

Also i was wondering if it would be possible to only show 15 items on the view frontpage but still be able to get all the nodes in the view. Its a pager problem i suppose and maybe the scroll thing might sort it? ill have a look. At the moment i have to set my page view to return 1000 nodes (or any number that is more than the amount of nodes in my site) Then i get all the items returned for each term.

Is there a workaround for this? I think its outwith the scope of the module but if anyone can think of any ways to achieve this then i'd be a friend for life. thanks
