warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, 'journal_settings_form' was given in /home/grapski/public_html/main_test/includes/form.inc on line 217.
I get this error message after installing the journal module. When I go to the administer by module section and choose journal this is where this first comes up.
What is causing this and what should I do?

sunSorry, you can't access the settings page, because there is no settings page yet.
I thought Journal module would need one while writing the menu hook, but as of now, Journal does not have any settings. We will introduce a settings page, when one of the suggested features in the queue will need one.
You can either apply the attached patch or download a new development snapshot in approx. 12 hours.
