some href links are no more reachable; The ones before the quick edit block.

Hi All,

Just wanted to stress on the fact that some links are disabled when Quick edit block is enabled.

Let say Quick edit block is activated in Sidebar first block. Well all links above in the other blocks i.e;. header, navbar, etc are no more working. Hover and focus are still working but unable to reach the address of the link.

On the other hand, all the underlying links are working fine.
